8th Grade US History
In this class students will be exploring the ideas, issues, people, and events from the Founding Mothers and Fathers to the end of the Civil War and Reconstruction. This will enable students to examine the evolution of our society, culture, politics and the economy of the United States today. The four key disciplines of Social Studies (History, Civics, Economics, and Geography) will be incorporated into this process to deepen the conceptual understanding for students in this class.
